Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Benjamin Hess (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Henry Creed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 4 - 1, fighting out of New York, Benjamin Hess!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Henry Creed!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Jorge Garcia and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hess lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Creed circles away quickly and effectively.
Creed closes the distance and clinches.
Creed manages to pull guard.
Creed tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Creed trying to control the position.
Hess postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Hess is standing up over Creed. Creed looks to escape but Hess dives into side control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Creed can't do much from the bottom here.
Creed is looking for a sweep.
That's one minute gone in the round.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Creed is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Creed tries to reverse the position but Hess maintains control.
Hess avoids the attempt from Creed to control.

Hess takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Creed tries to hold on but Hess pushes him away.

Creed can't escape the position.
Hess looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Hess cracks Creed with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Creed is rocked!
Creed takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Creed is still in real trouble! Can Hess finish him?
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Hess connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Hess tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Hess with shots to the head and body - Creed looks very uncomfortable down there.
Hess loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Creed scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Hess land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Hess stands and salutes the crowd.
