And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Romanoff connects with the punch.
Mason misses with a takedown attempt - Romanoff sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Artyom Romanoff seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mason drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Mason bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Mason tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Mason is trying hard to land a takedown here. Romanoff sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Romanoff cracks Mason with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Romanoff looks to land a combination but Mason avoids it well.
Romanoff is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Romanoff wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Romanoff lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mason shoots in for a takedown but Romanoff shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Romanoff is looking to counter the offense by Mason and move into the clinch.

Romanoff connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Mason wants to stay close but Romanoff steps back to make room for something. Mason seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Romanoff and Mason drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!
