Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gustavo Guedes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and ThreeHundredK BurnsTwo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Guedes has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Gustavo Guedes!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, ThreeHundredK BurnsTwo!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Steve Smith and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guedes dives in for a single leg takedown but BurnsTwo sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
A solid leg kick lands there for BurnsTwo.
BurnsTwo throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Guedes tries to clinch there but BurnsTwo circles away.
BurnsTwo looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Guedes is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Guedes avoids the head kick by BurnsTwo.
Guedes takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Guedes takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
BurnsTwo pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Guedes seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Guedes scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
BurnsTwo tries to kick Guedes off in order to stand up. Guedes Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
This has been an exciting period of action!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
BurnsTwo avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Guedes.

Guedes is trying to get an arm triangle but BurnsTwo is defending well.
Guedes has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Guedes moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
Guedes advances nicely into full mount.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
BurnsTwo is in all sorts of trouble here.
BurnsTwo wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Guedes.

BurnsTwo tries to reverse the position but Guedes maintains control.

Guedes takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
BurnsTwo tries to control Guedes's body but Guedes pushes him off. BurnsTwo squirms to his side and now Guedes has his back!

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

You can see the frustration on BurnsTwo's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

BurnsTwo trying to control the hands but Guedes won't let him.
Guedes controlling the position well here. BurnsTwo rolled but Guedes kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.
Guedes seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down BurnsTwo for as long as he can get away with.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Gustavo Guedes will probably get the nod.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
BurnsTwo blocking the ground and pound attempt from Guedes.
Guedes working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
BurnsTwo avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Guedes.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
BurnsTwo goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
BurnsTwo pulls out of a head kick attempt.
BurnsTwo connects with a solid leg kick.
BurnsTwo throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Guedes shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Guedes was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
BurnsTwo trying his best to control but Guedes has mounted him.

Guedes controlling the pace for now.
Guedes lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
BurnsTwo tries to hold on but Guedes postures up.
Guedes unloading with bombs!
Guedes tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
BurnsTwo tries to improve his position but Guedes has taken his back! Guedes has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will BurnsTwo tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Guedes pushes BurnsTwo away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
