Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Leonel Marques (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zina Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva has chosen Funk Do Ronaldo as his entrance music. Leonel Marques is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Leandro Rodrigues and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva avoids the head kick by Marques.
Silva shoots for a double leg takedown but Marques sprawls well. He's pushed Silva's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Marques misses with a takedown attempt - Silva sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Silva has a takedown stuffed.
Silva fails with an attempt to clinch.
Marques tries to clinch there but Silva circles away.
Silva misses with a series of wild punches.
Silva keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Marques has Silva up against the cage in a clinch.
Silva tries for a takedown but Marques manages to get underhooks.
Leonel Marques has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Zina Silva.
Marques jumps guard and drags Silva to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Silva passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Marques wants to control but Silva postures up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Marques tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Silva wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Silva tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Marques manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Marques makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Marques.
Marques looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Marques is looking for a triangle but Silva pushes his legs off easily.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Silva keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Silva wants to clinch but Marques slips to the side
and Marques counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Marques.
Silva keeping moving, preventing Marques from controlling successfully.
Silva bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Marques's guard.
Silva drops back looking for a leg! Marques is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Marques manages to kick Silva off! Silva jumps back into Marques's guard.
Silva advances position into side control!

Marques tries to improve position but can't.
Silva looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Silva has hold of Marques's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Marques seems comfortable defending it but Silva has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Marques is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Marques is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Silva couldn't care less - he's delighted!
