0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Billy Goat! The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Hugh Johnson and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Greenwald drives through and clinches with Goat against the cage.
Goat is looking for a takedown. Goat has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Greenwald uses from the top position. Goat is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Goat looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Greenwald passes into half guard.
Goat is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Greenwald pulls his head out easily. Goat looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Greenwald prevents Goat from improving his position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Greenwald seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Goat does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Greenwald trying to mount his opponent but Goat defends it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Goat looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Goat is looking to improve his position.
Goat slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Greenwald knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Goat on the ground. Goat is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Greenwald has his hands clasped together but Goat extends and breaks Greenwald's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Goat.
