Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Heriberto Howe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Epxc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Heriberto Howe! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, James Epxc! The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Colin Fray and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Howe misses with a jab, cross combination.
Epxc now looks to counter with a shot at the body. Epxc staying out of range there. Howe keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Epxc lands a lovely overhand right.
It looks like Heriberto Howe has been cut. Epxc fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Howe is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Epxc. Howe really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Howe wants to clinch up but Epxc keeps it at a distance. Epxc throws a counter combo. Epxc misses with a double jab.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Howe dives in for a single leg takedown but Epxc sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. A slow jab from Epxc misses its intended target. Howe is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Epxc. Epxc keeps Howe at a distance using the push kick. Howe wants to clinch up but Epxc keeps it at a distance.
That's one minute gone in the round. Epxc darts in and clinches Howe up against the cage. Howe has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Epxc uses from the top position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Epxc chips away with some ground and pound. Epxc throws a big elbow that misses. Howe will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Epxc gets to his feet. Howe looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! A punch combination from Epxc misses. Howe tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Epxc manages to circle out of the way. Epxc throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Howe is breathing heavily. Howe throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Epxc lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Howe is looking to close the distance but Epxc sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Howe crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Howe is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
