The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ramsay looks to score with a jab to the body but Johnson is just out of range.
Johnson is looking to counter the offense by Ramsay and move into the clinch.
Johnson walks into a stiff left hand from Ramsay.
Ramsay has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Gordon Ramsay seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ramsay shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Johnson sprawls well. Johnson wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Ramsay gets slowly back to his feet.
Johnson throws a big counter combination but Ramsay scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

We've been hearing reports that Johnson has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Ramsay has an Americana. Johnson didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Ramsay is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Ramsay hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
