Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jack Cherry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mustafa Jababeka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Jababeka's choice of entrance music: Goyang Dumang. Mustafa Jababeka will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jack Cherry! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mustafa Jababeka! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cherry throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Jababeka tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Cherry is in Jababeka's guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Cherry stops Jababeka from standing up. Jababeka is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Cherry seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Cherry wants to pass the guard but Jababeka is keeping the position. Jababeka seems keen to control Cherry's posture. Cherry controlling from the top position. Cherry's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cherry prevents Jababeka from getting back to his feet.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Cherry shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Jababeka as he jumps to the side. Jababeka lands with a shot to the body. Cherry shoots in but Jababeka avoids the takedown attempt easily. Cherry fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jack Cherry. That's going to take a lot out of him. Cherry tries to close the distance and clinch up but Jababeka swats him away and circles back towards the center. Cherry is looking to clinch. Cherry takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Jababeka jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Cherry is rocked! Cherry bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Jababeka comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Cherry falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Cherry was out before he hit the floor!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Mustafa Jababeka! Mustafa Jababeka thanked the fans post fight for their support. Jack Cherry spoke after the fight, saying 'Back to the drawing board to fix what I missed. No more no less. Embrace the grind'.
