Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Big Wood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and PeeWee Herman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wood comes to the cage accompanied by You Don't Know Me. Herman is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by PeeWees Playhouse theme. PeeWee Herman has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Herman clinches up with Wood and pushes him back against the cage.
Wood can't get the takedown.
Wood is trying to break the clinch but Herman has him pressed against the cage.
Herman has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Wood avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Herman throws an elbow but it misses.

Herman has Wood pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Wood manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Herman fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Herman is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Wood gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Herman working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Wood doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Wood manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Herman wants to sweep but no luck.

Herman pulls Wood in close to prevent any damage.

Herman shoots for a takedown but Wood saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Herman moves out of range of the body kick from Wood.
Herman rushes Wood and presses him up against the cage.

Herman shoots for a double leg takedown but Wood sprawls well. He's pushed Herman's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Herman in particular looking to stall.

Big Wood is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Wood is desperately trying to improve his position but Herman has a good base and remains in mount.
Herman sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
Wood tries to lock up and control but Herman gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

PeeWee Herman has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Nice uppercut lands for Herman. That snapped Wood's head back.

Well Wood has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
