The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Vladimir Khabensky and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ferreira checks the leg kick nicely there.
Truck has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Ferreira swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Truck looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Truck avoids a punch combination nicely.
Ferreira lands a right hook to the body.
Ferreira tries to keep at a distance but Truck has taken the fight into the clinch.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Ferreira.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Truck can't find room to land a body shot as Ferreira controls the action.

Ferreira seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

Truck drops his hands momentarily and Ferreira takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Truck is rocked!
Truck gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Ferreira gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Carlos Ferreira!
Carlos Ferreira decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
