The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, John Kavanagh and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
cook showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Anstice.
cook shoots in but no luck this time.
Anstice fails to land with a series of punches.
Ajax Anstice seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Anstice throws a series of punches but cook avoids them all with ease.
A combination from Anstice does no damage.
Anstice fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
cook feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
cook is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Anstice escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. cook gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

cook drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and cook jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

cook is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Anstice has managed to free his arm - good work.

Anstice tries to roll over but cook keeps him under control.

Anstice is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! cook rolls with it to try and escape but Anstice cranks on the arm and cook is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
