Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nate McDiaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tata Khajo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McDiaz comes into the arena with DO SOME SHIT blaring out of the sound system. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Reed Andrews and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McDiaz throws an off balance right hand
and Khajo counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Khajo lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
McDiaz misses with a hook. Khajo ducked under it nicely.
A little jabbing left from Khajo on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
McDiaz is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Khajo.
McDiaz misses with a left hand
and McDiaz takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Khajo looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Nate McDiaz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

McDiaz throws a right and a left that both miss.
Khajo works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
McDiaz takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
McDiaz throws a lazy right hand but Khajo sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Khajo uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before McDiaz has time to react.
McDiaz looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Khajo lands a slapping body shot.

and Khajo counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
McDiaz is rocked!

Oh McDiaz is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Khajo lands a big right hand that sends McDiaz crashing to the mat! Khajo stays standing though and waves McDiaz back to his feet!
McDiaz is holding his hands too far apart here. Khajo throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! McDiaz is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Tata Khajo!
