Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Psycho Smudge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Parker Lewis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Parker Lewis has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Psycho Smudge's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Psycho Smudge! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Parker Lewis! The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Paul Aken and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lewis moves into the clinch. Lewis breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Lewis shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Smudge is looking to improve his position.
Lewis throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Lewis scores with a couple of good hammerfists. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lewis lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Smudge definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Smudge is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Lewis scores with a couple of nice shots. Smudge trying to control but Lewis postures up.
Well, if Lewis is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lewis trying to mount his opponent but Smudge defends it. Lewis is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Lewis looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Lewis scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Lewis controlling the action here. Lewis seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Lewis is stalling here. Smudge is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Lewis seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Smudge has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. You can see the frustration on Lewis's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The ground and pound from Smudge seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Lewis is looking to regain half guard here but Smudge keeps moving and retains side control. Smudge working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Smudge throwing shots but missing, from side control. Smudge taking a break here but Lewis is having none of it and regains half guard. Lewis tries to get to full guard but Smudge has control of the leg. Smudge is trying to control the action in half guard but Lewis is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Lewis wants to control but Smudge is keeping busy.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Smudge is just content to waste time from the top position. Lewis takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. Smudge trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Lewis trying to control the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lewis has an active guard here but Smudge has managed to pass into half guard.

Lewis wants to sweep but no luck. Smudge looking to pass the guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Lewis looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Smudge looks to land a left hand but Lewis moved out of range nicely. Lewis moves away from the strike by Smudge. Smudge tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Smudge fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Smudge throws a hook but Lewis blocks it. Lewis tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Smudge is able to avoid easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lewis fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Smudge manages to avoid it. Lewis throws a leg kick that misses. Smudge changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Lewis misses with a jab, cross combination.
Smudge drops down looking for a counter takedown but Lewis sprawls and moves away. Lewis looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lewis is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Lewis working over Smudge with some ground and pound. Smudge looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Lewis wants to control but Smudge is keeping him busy. Lewis looks to land a strike but Smudge avoids it nicely and regains full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lewis lands a couple of elbows. Lewis scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Lewis works a leg free and moves into half guard. Smudge trying to control but Lewis postures up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lewis takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Parker Lewis has got the better of the ground game so far. Lewis missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Lewis slows the pace down in half guard. Smudge is trying to control but can't.
Lewis is looking to stall here but Smudge recovers full guard. Lewis landing some decent shots from guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Smudge trying to keep a closed guard but Lewis is proving a slippery customer.
Lewis makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Lewis working some strikes from top position. Lewis trying to control the position from guard on top but Smudge is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Lewis throws a big elbow that misses. Smudge has momentary wrist control but Lewis slips an elbow through the middle.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Smudge is trying to keep Lewis in close.

Lewis is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Lewis not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Smudge keeping moving, preventing Lewis from controlling successfully. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Smudge looking to control.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Lewis tried to score with a low kick but Smudge checks it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Parker Lewis showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Lewis digs a right hand underneath Smudge's ribcage. Smudge let out a lung full of air as it connected. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Lewis avoiding damage.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lewis lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Smudge circles away quickly and effectively. Lewis steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Smudge. Lewis takes a swing at Smudge's ribcage but misses. Smudge looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Parker Lewis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Psycho Smudge. That's going to take a lot out of him. Lewis works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Lewis pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Smudge is keeping the position for now. Lewis not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Smudge trying to control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Smudge can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Lewis controls the pace. Lewis's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Lewis throws a body shot but no joy. A momentary lapse in concentration from Lewis enables Smudge to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Lewis manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lewis keeping moving, preventing Smudge from controlling successfully. Lewis looking to hit a scissor sweep but Smudge is one step ahead there. Psycho Smudge has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Smudge has gone for a leg lock! Lewis slips out almost immediately though and dives into Smudge's guard. Lewis controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Lewis is in close to Smudge's body, working some short punches and elbows.
And that's the end of the fight! Parker Lewis comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Lewis has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
