Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tribbiani Joey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mantis Toboggan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Joey might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Clasic Sofl Rock. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tribbiani Joey! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mantis Toboggan! The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Franklyn Lucas and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Joey connects with a body shot. Joey connects with a jab. Joey throws a body kick despite being completely out of range and Toboggan counters with a nice body shot. Joey throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Joey fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Toboggan manages to avoid it. Joey swings for the body but Toboggan moves out of range.
Toboggan jabs Joey to the body, keeping him at a distance. Joey slips under a jab from Toboggan. Joey wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. Joey swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Joey definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Joey misses with a leg kick and Toboggan counters with a big head kick but Joey shrugs it off. Joey wants to clinch but Toboggan slips to the side letting Toboggan counter with a right hand. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Joey doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Joey is looking to land body kicks. Joey throws a body shot but no joy. Joey looks for the body kick but Toboggan saw that one coming. Toboggan wants to counter with a clinch but Joey pushes him away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Joey takes a swing at Toboggan's ribcage but misses. Toboggan misses with an uppercut. Joey saw that one coming. Joey on the wrong end of a nice jab. Tribbiani Joey seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Toboggan takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Toboggan has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Toboggan takes a swing at Joey's ribcage but misses. Toboggan closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. A head punch blocked on the inside by Joey. Joey blocks an uppercut.

Toboggan tries to throw a body punch but Joey avoids it by throwing Toboggan back against the cage. A nice left hand lands by Toboggan.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. Joey has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Toboggan after a bit of a struggle. Toboggan looking to stall.
Toboggan breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Some bone on bone action there as Toboggan checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Toboggan dips to his left and cracks Joey with an uppercut! Joey turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Joey is looking to wear down Toboggan with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Joey tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Toboggan manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Toboggan throws a shot from downtown. Joey moves away and avoids it. Mantis Toboggan is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. A big right from Toboggan misses. Toboggan moves into range and clinches up with Joey. Toboggan breaks the clinch.
Joey shoots in and drives through. Toboggan sprawls well. Toboggan ducks under a wild hook from Joey. A countering left hand to the body from Toboggan misses. Joey tries a low kick but Toboggan avoids it. Joey throws a push kick but Toboggan slaps the foot to one side. Joey swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Joey uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Toboggan.
As Toboggan tries to get set, Joey tries to push him back and clinch up but Toboggan manages to avoid the attempt. Joey slips under a jab from Toboggan. Toboggan misses the shot to the body. Joey lands with a slapping head kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Joey drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Toboggan is positioning himself to get back to half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Toboggan is trying to control Joey's posture but Joey avoids it. Toboggan regains half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Joey is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Joey not landing any meaningful shots this time.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Toboggan is concentrating on defense, preventing Joey from advancing position. Joey is trying to work for a kimura but Toboggan is defending well.
Joey thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Toboggan is trying to get back to full guard. Joey has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Joey is looking for a kimura but Toboggan is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Joey to get the leverage. Toboggan is looking to improve his position.

Toboggan throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Joey stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Toboggan blocks a low kick nicely. Toboggan connects with a leg kick. Joey looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Joey has Toboggan up against the cage in a clinch.

His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Toboggan works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Toboggan unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Joey! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Toboggan is unloading with more strikes now! Joey drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
