Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lyoto Parks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tim Hansen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hansen has chosen AC/DC - Big Gun as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hansen swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
A counter left hand to the body from Parks misses its target.

Hansen throws a quick inside leg kick.
Hansen takes one on the button.
Hansen misses with a low kick as Parks jumps back.
Hansen throws a series of punches but Parks avoids them all with ease.
Hansen scores with a head kick.
It looks like Lyoto Parks has been cut.
Parks cracks Hansen with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

and Parks counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Tim Hansen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hansen throws a left and a right that both miss
and Parks counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Parks smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

Hansen throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Parks swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Hansen rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Parks scores with a counter punch that sends Hansen to the canvas! Parks smells blood - he's punishing Hansen with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Hansen has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lyoto Parks!
