Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Johnny Blaze! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Random Fighter Four! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Patrick Alders and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fighter Four throws a head kick that Blaze semi-blocks.
Fighter Four tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Blaze manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Fighter Four misses with a straight right. Blaze definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Fighter Four throws a leg kick but Blaze checks it. It looked like Blaze was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Fighter Four throws a chopping leg kick but Blaze manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Blaze drops down looking for a counter takedown but Fighter Four sprawls and moves away. Fighter Four is looking to chop away at Blaze's legs. Fighter Four takes a swing at Blaze's ribcage but misses. Blaze could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. A chopping leg kick lands by Fighter Four. Fighter Four closes the distance and clinches. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Blaze is trying to pull guard but Fighter Four turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Fighter Four unloads a knee to the mid-section. Blaze tries to pull guard but Fighter Four won't allow it.

Fighter Four lands with a right to the head. Fighter Four lands a damaging elbow. Blaze is trying to pull guard but Fighter Four has him pressed against the cage. This has been an exciting period of action! Fighter Four thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Blaze if he has to take too many more of those.

Fighter Four is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Fighter Four throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Fighter Four scores with a hook.

Random Fighter Four seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Fighter Four feints a jab promting Blaze to slip. Fighter Four then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Blaze slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. A jab lands there for Fighter Four.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter Four scores with a nice strike. Fighter Four throws a nice outside leg kick. Fighter Four moves into the clinch. Fighter Four connects with a knee to the head.

Nice body kick there by Fighter Four. Blaze on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Fighter Four connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Fighter Four swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Blaze feinted there with a counter leg kick. Fighter Four fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fighter Four getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Sloppy strikes from Fighter Four. Those never looked like landing. We've been informed that Fighter Four has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Fighter Four explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Fighter Four lands a head shot. Fighter Four shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Blaze eats them both and turns towards Fighter Four to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Fighter Four takes the fight into the clinch. Fighter Four lands with a short head shot on the inside. Blaze takes a knee to the side of the body. A nice glancing elbow lands by Fighter Four. Blaze takes a knee right on the jaw!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Random Fighter Four dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Blaze takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
A looping hook to the body misses from Fighter Four. Blaze does a little dance to reset his feet. Blaze shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Fighter Four as he jumps to the side. A countering left hand to the body from Fighter Four misses. Fighter Four throws a lazy head kick and Blaze counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Fighter Four has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Blaze has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage. A shot in the inside from Fighter Four. Blaze takes a knee to the side of the body. A short right from Fighter Four on the inside. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Fighter Four landing some nice looking knees to the body.

Fighter Four digs a right hand into Blaze's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Blaze's gas tank. Fighter Four scores with a hook to the body. Fighter Four has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Fighter Four lands a body shot in the clinch.

Blaze jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Fighter Four walks away with a smile on his face. Blaze gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Blaze avoids the body shot from Fighter Four.
Blaze takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Blaze appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Fighter Four lands with a kick to the temple. Blaze shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Fighter Four lands a front kick. Fighter Four connects with a high kick. Blaze decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Blaze is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Fighter Four doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Blaze. Blaze is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Blaze is working for a kimura but Fighter Four is defending it quite comfortably.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Blaze is looking for a kimura here.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter Four makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work! Fighter Four throws a nice looking combination but Blaze bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Blaze will be looking to protect his midsection after taking some solid kicks to the body. Fighter Four scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Fighter Four is looking to score with low kicks. Fighter Four throws a low kick, looking for Blaze's leg but Blaze calmly moves out of range. Fighter Four has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Blaze takes a kick to the body and keeps moving. Blaze takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Blaze uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Fighter Four.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Danga de danga de dang - Fighter Four scores with a four punch combination! Random Fighter Four seems to be getting the better of the standup. Fighter Four wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Fighter Four drives through and clinches with Blaze against the cage.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Fighter Four scores a nice knee to the body.
Fighter Four pushes Blaze back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Fighter Four is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body. Fighter Four misses with a punch to the body.

Fighter Four tries to work over Blaze's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Fighter Four manages to break the clinch.

Blaze throws a big counter combination but Fighter Four scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Blaze gets the takedown into side control. Blaze working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Random Fighter Four showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Fighter Four misses with a kick to the body and Blaze counters with a nice double leg into guard. Blaze postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Fighter Four is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Blaze, into his guard.

Fighter Four gets to his feet. Blaze looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fighter Four scores with a kick to the body.

That's one minute gone in the round. Fighter Four misses the shot to the body. Fighter Four lands a nice looking kick to the body. Blaze takes a step back to recover. Fighter Four dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Blaze. That did some damage! Fighter Four cracks a nice hook into Blaze's ribs. The fight moves into the clinch position. Fighter Four lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Fighter Four creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Fighter Four scores a nice knee to the body.

Fighter Four throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Fighter Four throws an overhand right that lands on Blaze's shoulder, as Blaze tries to avoid the shot. Fighter Four misses with a wild body shot. Blaze drops down looking for a counter takedown but Fighter Four sprawls and moves away. Blaze shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Fighter Four is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Blaze steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Fighter Four. That one must have hurt. Johnny Blaze has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Fighter Four digs a good hook to Blaze's body.
And that's the end of the fight! Random Fighter Four comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Fighter Four has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
