The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Perez misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Perez gets cracked there but stands up to it.

It looks like Mauricio Perez has been cut.
Perez throws an overhand right that lands on Gatekeeper 's shoulder, as Gatekeeper tries to avoid the shot.

Gatekeeper instigates a clinch.
Perez has a couple of punches blocked by Gatekeeper .
Perez blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Gatekeeper lands a shoulder strike.
Still in the clinch, Gatekeeper scores with a nice short uppercut.

Perez is rocked!
Gatekeeper pushes Perez against the cage. Gatekeeper is working some dirty boxing. Gatekeeper pushes off with a quick right hook! Perez goes down! Perez tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Gatekeeper moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
