The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Franco swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Moses went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Moses shoots in for a takedown but Franco shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Franco doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Moses has his takedown stuffed
and Franco counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Nice uppercut there from Franco.
Nice body kick from Franco.
Moses takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.

It looks like Alfonso Moses has been cut.

Moses is breathing heavily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Franco throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Moses stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Franco lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Moses shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Franco defends it nicely.

Fredrick Allen Franco is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Moses needs to keep his hands up - Franco had a free shot at his head there.

Franco lands a big right hand that sends Moses crashing to the mat! Franco stays standing though and waves Moses back to his feet!

Franco is stalking Moses. Moses circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Franco, and it's lights out! Moses really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
