Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Joaquim Rapture (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ilafat Urskilz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rapture comes to the cage accompanied by For Heavy Metal we will die!. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
21 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Joaquim Rapture! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
29 - 20 - 2, fighting out of New York, Ilafat Urskilz! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Cecil Peabody and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rapture throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Rapture is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Urskilz's half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Urskilz is trying to get back to full guard. Rapture throws a strike but Urskilz avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Rapture looking to pass the guard. Rapture won't allow Urskilz to sweep him here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Urskilz looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Rapture throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Urskilz works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Urskilz working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Rapture.
That's one minute gone in the round. Urskilz keeping moving, preventing Rapture from controlling successfully. Rapture throwing strikes but missing. Rapture won't allow Urskilz to sweep him here. Urskilz is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Rapture will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Rapture trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Rapture pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Urskilz is keeping the position for now. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Rapture trying to control the position from guard on top but Urskilz is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Urskilz is trying to keep Rapture in close.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Urskilz uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Rapture.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Rapture throws a leg kick that is checked and Urskilz counters with a nice low kick that buckles Rapture's knee momentarily. Joaquim Rapture seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Rapture lands a leg kick that knocks Urskilz off balance momentarily. Rapture throws a combination that misses and Urskilz cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Rapture throws a leg kick and Urskilz counters with a head kick that drops Rapture to the mat! Rapture scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Rapture is rocked! Urskilz throws a half hearted mid kick. Rapture feinted with a counter takedown. Oh Rapture is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Rapture is looking to score with low kicks. Urskilz throws out a counter right but Rapture avoids it with no problem. Rapture scores with a nice right hand.
Rapture lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Rapture lands with a shot to the body. Rapture seems to have got his legs back now. Ilafat Urskilz is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Urskilz misses with a head kick.
Rapture on the wrong end of a nice jab.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rapture lands with a right hand. An inside leg kick from Rapture misses. Urskilz throws a looping overhand right but Rapture ducks down to avoid it. Urskilz has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Rapture. Rapture connects with a looping right hand.
Rapture is looking to score with low kicks. Urskilz was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind. Rapture closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Rapture lands in his opponent's guard. Rapture is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rapture scoring with punches to the head and body. Rapture loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Rapture looking to sit in guard and control but Urskilz gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Urskilz pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Rapture is keeping the position for now. Urskilz is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Rapture has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Urskilz is looking to defend but Rapture has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Urskilz! Rapture pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Urskilz taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Joaquim Rapture! Joaquim Rapture spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
