Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Cian Cartwright!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Darius Henderson and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bubby lands with a right hand.
Cartwright misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Cartwright tries to keep at a distance but Bubby has taken the fight into the clinch.
Bubby gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Cartwright.
Cartwright decides to pull guard.
Cartwright working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Bubby doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Bubby manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Bubby wants to control from the top but Cartwright keeps moving.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bubby keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Cartwright's head.
Cartwright tries to strike from the bottom.
Bubby got a little sloppy there for a moment and Cartwright has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bubby has managed to get both his arms back between Cartwright's legs - danger averted.
Cartwright has momentary wrist control but Bubby slips an elbow through the middle.
Cartwright has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bubby is posturing up here but Cartwright has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Bubby tries to roll out but it's too tight and Bubby has to tap! Slick submission there by Cartwright!
