Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Raekwon The Chef (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Van Pol (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The Chef comes to the cage accompanied by Raekwon - Ice Cream. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the lightweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
28 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, Raekwon The Chef! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
25 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Van Pol! The judges for this bout are Darius Henderson, Summer Carpenter and Ben Watson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pol scores with a nice body kick.
The Chef connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Pol's hands. The Chef looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Pol throws a low kick but The Chef moves out of range easily. The Chef misses with a hook. Pol closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. The Chef throws a body kick that misses. The Chef moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
The Chef is looking to score with low kicks. Pol looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. The Chef scores with a slapping inside leg kick. A solid body kick from The Chef. Pol bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. The Chef misses with a low kick. Pol throws a jab but it's blocked by The Chef. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Pol takes one to the chin there. Pol connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed The Chef momentarily.
Pol swings for the body but The Chef moves out of range.
A head kick misses from Pol. Pol gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Pol throws an uppercut from half a mile away. The Chef sees it coming and avoids it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pol misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Raekwon The Chef seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The Chef pushes Pol away with a front kick. Pol throws an off balance right hand
enabling The Chef to counter with a crisp jab. The Chef misses with a body shot.
The Chef thumps Pol with a low kick. The Chef looks to land a body kick but Pol moved away. Pol moves out of range as The Chef throws a body kick.
The Chef ducks down and throws a hook to the body. The Chef definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Pol throws a wild body kick that The Chef sees coming a mile off. The Chef throwing a counter right hand but Pol manages to avoid it. The Chef is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Pol. Pol misses with a looping left. The Chef throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Pol swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by The Chef. Pol moves out of range as The Chef throws a body kick.
Pol lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Pol. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! The Chef lands with a nice body punch. Pol throws a jab but it's blocked by The Chef. The Chef feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Pol's calf.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The Chef throws a head kick that misses. The Chef takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. The Chef lands a slapping body shot.
The Chef fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Pol connects with a solid leg kick. The Chef misses with a left hand and Pol counters with a lovely straight right hand! A looping hook to the body misses from The Chef. Pol does a little dance to reset his feet. The Chef keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Pol. Pol lands with a slapping head kick. The Chef takes one to the side of the head.
The Chef on the wrong end of a nice hook. Pol takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Pol tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Pol moves out of range of the body kick from The Chef.
The Chef throws a leg kick that is checked and Pol counters with a stiff right hand. The Chef uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Pol. The Chef lands with a thumping leg kick.
Pol scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. The Chef doesn't seem bothered though.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pol keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
The Chef clobbers Pol with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Pol throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
A chopping leg kick lands by Pol. The Chef swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Pol looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. The Chef throws a nice outside leg kick. Pol tries to work over The Chef's front leg with a kick but The Chef checks it. A looping hook to the body misses from The Chef. Pol does a little dance to reset his feet. Pol just misses with a punch to the body.
The Chef throwing a counter right hand but Pol manages to avoid it. The Chef throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
The Chef throws a looping overhand right but Pol ducks down to avoid it. Pol throws a big counter head kick but The Chef avoids it with no problem. The Chef lands with a nice body punch. Ouch! a nice leg kick from The Chef, right into the meat.
Pol tries a head kick but it misses.
A big left from The Chef misses. Pol steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! The Chef throws a body kick that digs right into the meat. The Chef defending well as Pol loads up on a big left hand. Pol takes a shot to the body in his stride.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pol fakes high and swings low for a body shot but The Chef manages to avoid it. The Chef's corner calls for a 1-2. The Chef obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Pol avoids a punch combination nicely.
The Chef scores with a crisp jab that stopped Pol in his tracks. Pol darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Pol shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. The Chef connects with an inside leg kick. The Chef cracks Pol with an open hand slap. A punch lands to the side of Pol 's head but he takes it in his stride. Pol looks to land a right hand but The Chef moved out of range. The Chef scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. The Chef looks to score with a jab to the body but Pol is just out of range. Pol throws a hook to the side of The Chef's head but The Chef sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Pol fakes high and swings low for a body shot but The Chef manages to avoid it. The Chef misses with a kick to the body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Raekwon The Chef dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Pol misses with a straight right. Pol with a body punch. A glancing blow. Jab, jab by Pol - just one landing. The Chef blocks a head kick by Pol.
The Chef throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Pol takes a shot right to the bread basket. The Chef jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
The Chef does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. The Chef uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Pol.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts The Chef, as that shot connected.
The Chef tries to work over Pol's front leg with a kick but Pol checks it. The Chef jabs Pol right on the nose. Pol blinks but takes it well. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Pol takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Pol might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, The Chef has got the better of the exchanges. The Chef scores with a jab to the jaw. The Chef throws a nice outside leg kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. The Chef takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Pol takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Pol is rocked! The Chef throws a push kick but Pol slaps the foot to one side. Despite the aggression on Pol's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Pol is still on wobbly legs! Can The Chef finish him? The Chef throws an overhand right that lands on Pol's shoulder, as Pol tries to avoid the shot. Pol seems to have recovered his senses. The Chef fails to land with a series of punches.
Pol throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. A jab from The Chef misses. Pol looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. The Chef takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Pol throws a head kick but The Chef moves out of range.
The Chef gets cracked there but stands up to it.
The Chef with a nice cross. The Chef lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The Chef lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by The Chef. The Chef avoids the head kick by Pol.
Pol takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from The Chef! Pol is out on his feet! The Chef rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Pol is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Pol is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Raekwon The Chef! Raekwon The Chef retains his lightweight title! Our winner, Raekwon The Chef, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
