The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coleman misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Gay tries to counter by clinching up but Coleman breaks away and moves out of range.
Coleman throws a head kick that misses
and Gay counters with a left to the body.

Coleman shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Coleman showed some decent athleticism there.
Gay wants to improve his position but Coleman is controlling well.

Gay is trying to control Coleman's posture. Coleman takes advantage of the lull and advances to side control. He also appears to have an arm triangle here! Uh oh, big trouble for Gay! Coleman is rotating here... this could be the end... Gay is out! Coleman has ended this one emphatically! Great submission!
