Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between BarRock Chester (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and King Island (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chester comes to the cage accompanied by Fit For A King - Bitter end. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, King Island! The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Peter Branson and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chester decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Island trying to control but Chester postures up.
Chester is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Island is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Chester jumps into side control! Chester tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Chester tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. That's one minute gone in the round. Chester scores with punches from side control. Island prevents Chester from improving position. Chester lands an elbow. Chester is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Island is trying to improve his position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Island can't do much from the bottom here. Island is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Chester tries to move to mount but Island blocks the move with his legs. Chester works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Chester tries to stand but Island is controlling his head. Chester working the ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Chester scoring with punches from side control. Island is looking to reverse the position. Chester is staying tight to Island's torso, preventing him from escaping. Island is trying to control Chester's posture but Chester avoids it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Island taking punishment in the form of punches.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Island gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Chester controlling from mount. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Chester seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Island for as long as he can get away with. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
BarRock Chester dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Chester closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Chester tries to stand but Island is controlling his head. Chester happy to just control the position for now. Chester is working Island over with some ground and pound from side control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A lull in the action here. Island tries to improve position but can't.

Chester staying calm. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Chester stands up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. A head kick misses from Island. Chester closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Island quickly recovers to half guard. Chester sitting and controlling from the half guard. Chester landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Island is pressing down on Chester's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Island is breathing heavily. Chester works a leg free and moves into half guard. Island tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Chester manages to move to mount!
Chester controlling the position easily from mount. BarRock Chester overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Chester lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

Chester is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Island can do to turn this around? Chester content just to control the position here. Chester looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Chester takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Chester lands a couple of good shots and Island has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Island is trying to stand back up. Chester has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Island's body.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Island is trying to defend against the choke here but Chester has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Chester Tightens the hold and Island taps out furiously! Chester displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). BarRock Chester! After the fight, BarRock Chester was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
