Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Len Duran (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyler Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Len Duran! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tyler Jackson! The judges for this bout are Darius Henderson, Francis DeMontford and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Duran fails in his attempt to clinch. Jackson looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Horrible takedown attempt by Duran or perhaps it was just good defense by Jackson, which made it look bad. Jackson drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Duran defends it well. Duran looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Duran is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Jackson still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Jackson has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work! Jackson trying to control the position but Duran is working away. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Duran tries to escape but Jackson is in control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Duran tries to buck Jackson off but Jackson is having none of it. Duran manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Duran misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Duran is looking to escape. Duran trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jackson is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Duran defends it well. Jackson wants to free his trapped foot but Duran is holding on for dear life with his legs.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Duran is not content to let Jackson control the position. Duran is looking to escape. Duran could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Duran wants to clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Duran feints and as Jackson raises his hands in defense, Duran changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Duran with a nice head shot there. Duran throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Jackson works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Duran is working Jackson over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Duran drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Duran jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Duran accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Jackson is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Duran chips away with some ground and pound. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Duran accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Jackson has momentary wrist control but Duran slips an elbow through the middle. Duran prevents Jackson from getting back to his feet. Duran postures up and lands a big shot to Jackson's brow. Duran throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Duran tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Duran rushes Jackson and presses him up against the cage. Stalling in the clinch from Duran.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Len Duran will probably get the nod. That's time! Duran's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Duran drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Duran thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Len Duran overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Duran slows the pace down. Duran tries for a kimura but Jackson is defending well. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jackson looking for a sweep but Duran has passed into full mount! Oh no! Jackson is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Duran has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Jackson's face.
Duran postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Jackson looks a forlorn figure.
Duran lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Jackson hang on? Jackson really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
BOOM! Duran connects with a massive shot to the dome!

That's two minutes gone in the round. Jackson trying to control but not successfully. Duran is working for the choke. It looks like he might have got it... has he...? Yes! Jackson is tapping out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:28 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Len Duran!
