Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Harlon Hughes!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Trevor Gratis and Ian Loll.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Koks avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Hughes scores with a nice strike.

Hughes closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Hughes.
Koks scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Koks lands a right hand.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Hughes.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Hughes.
Koks throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Hughes is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Koks is keeping busy.
Hughes lands with a light punch inside.
Hughes lands a hook to the side of the head.
Hughes is stalling here.
A nice left hand lands by Koks.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Koks pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Koks gets through Hughes's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Hughes swings wildly with an uppercut but Koks uses good head movement to avoid it.
Koks lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

That's one minute gone in the round.
A short right from Koks.
Hughes lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Koks backwards.
A right hook to the body lands for Koks.
Hughes misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Koks.
Koks lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Koks scores with an uppercut up the middle.


Hughes is rocked!
Hughes is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Hughes is still on wobbly legs! Can Koks finish him?
Koks lands a right hand.
Hughes missing with knees to the body.
Koks lands an elbow just above Hughes 's eye.

Koks breaks the clinch.
Koks has been working on his boxing with his coaches at School Of Fighting in the buildup to the fight.
Hughes misses with a hook
and Koks counters with a slapping leg kick.
Hughes moves to clinch but Koks breaks away
and Koks counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Hughes looks winded!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hughes walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Koks swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Rafal Koks!
An out of breath Rafal Koks thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
