Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gray Cuida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Morrow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Morrow has chosen Final Countdown as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morrow moves into the clinch successfully.

We've been hearing reports that Cuida has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Cuida prevents a body shot from Morrow.
Morrow misses with a body punch.
Cuida creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Morrow's defenses.
Cuida tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Morrow avoids it.
Cuida using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Morrow has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Cuida tries a knee to the head but Morrow blocks it.

Morrow lands a right hand that snaps the head of Cuida backwards.

Morrow closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Cuida! Morrow dives in looking to finish! Cuida is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!

A relieved looking Alex Morrow thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
Gray Cuida spoke after the fight, saying 'This is why I run...'.
