The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson throws a shot from downtown. Punchy moves away and avoids it.
Jackson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Punchy.
It seemed like Jackson was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
A looping hook to the body misses from Punchy. Jackson does a little dance to reset his feet.
Jackson let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Punchy misses with a right hand
and Jackson counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Jackson throws an overhand right that lands on Punchy's shoulder, as Punchy tries to avoid the shot.
Punchy is looking to counter with a shot to the body.

Punchy does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Punchy connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Punchy looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Jackson uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Jackson has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Jackson throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Punchy on the side of the head.
Jackson moves into range and connects with a jab.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Punchy bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Punchy was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

Jackson might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Jackson lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Punchy at a distance.
Jackson drops his hands momentarily and Punchy takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Jackson jabs Punchy right on the nose. Punchy blinks but takes it well.

Jackson fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Punchy looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Punchy might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jackson lands with a nice body punch.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Punchy takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Jackson fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Punchy takes a jab right on the kisser.
Punchy throws a wild hook but Jackson just manages to duck under it and - ooooh! Punchy gets nailed by a brutal uppercut which crumples him back against the cage! The referee jumps in - Jackson raises his hands in celebration and walks away!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Michael Jackson!
