Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sam Keene (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bikram Kunwar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Sam Keene!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bikram Kunwar!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Wesley Smith and Frank Dennis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Keene tries to close the distance and clinch but Kunwar swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Kunwar looking to score a takedown here. Keene is defending well but Kunwar drives through and ends up in Keene's guard.
Keene looking to control.
Kunwar wants to control from the top but Keene keeps moving.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Keene is on top in guard.

Keene is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Kunwar is fighting to break Keene's control of his arms but Keene is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Keene is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Keene is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Kunwar is aware though and is defending well.

Keene has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kunwar can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Kunwar is looking to advance position but Keene won't allow it.

Kunwar is looking for a kimura but Keene is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Kunwar to get the leverage.

Kunwar looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Kunwar looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Keene trying to hold on to Kunwar's head to control him but Kunwar postures up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Kunwar is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Keene preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Keene slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Keene managing to control the position.

Kunwar postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Keene is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Kunwar, into his guard.

Keene tries to free his leg and advance position but Kunwar is retaining full guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Keene controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

That was a close round but I would say that Sam Keene will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Kunwar looks to land a combination but Keene avoids it well.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kunwar is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Keene sees it coming and defends easily.

Bikram Kunwar has got the better of the ground game so far.

Keene has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Kunwar should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Keene has tightened it up now! Kunwar should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
