The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunt missing with a left hand there. Young was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Young shoots for a takedown but Hunt saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Hunt tries to bum rush Young with a series of wild strikes but Young uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Hunt throws a leg kick but Young sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Young shoots in looking for a takedown. Hunt tries to sprawl out of it but Young keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Hunt manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Hunt looks for the body kick but Young saw that one coming.

Young closes this distance looking for a takedown but Hunt circles away.
Hunt throws a right and a left that both miss.
Young checks a low kick from Hunt.

Hunt throws a nice outside leg kick.

Hunt throws a sloppy head kick and Young moves out of range easily.
No joy there for Hunt, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Young has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Young is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hunt throws a pinpoint strike between Young's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Young crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Hunt scores a great knockout victory!
