The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kasongo tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Runnisto swivels and escapes.
Runnisto fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Kasongo displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Runnisto throws out the jab.
A nice side step and Kasongo releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

and Runnisto counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Iikka Runnisto seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Runnisto, as that shot connected.
Kasongo takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Runnisto takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Runnisto throws a combination that misses

and Kasongo counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Runnisto!

Runnisto throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Runnisto cracks Kasongo with a brutal left hook that knocks him out cold! This one is over in a flash! Game over!

A relieved looking Iikka Runnisto thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
