Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Clair Haley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ranger Culguy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ranger Culguy will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Clair Haley! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ranger Culguy! The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Dean Styles and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Haley moves into the clinch successfully.
Culguy looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Haley manages to break the clinch.
Ranger Culguy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Culguy gets the takedown into side control. Haley throws Culguy to one side and escapes! We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Culguy has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Culguy throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Haley tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Culguy is in Haley's guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Haley is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Haley wants to stand but Culguy is controlling the position. Haley lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
Haley thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Haley would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Haley landing some decent shots from guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Haley is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Haley is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Haley stands up from guard. Let's bang! Culguy throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Culguy scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Haley manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Haley is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Haley stands up out of the half guard. Culguy avoids the head kick by Haley.
Haley shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Culguy manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Haley decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Culguy, up you get!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Haley gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Haley struggles to land a body shot inside as Culguy controls his hands.
Haley goes for a takedown attempt but Culguy pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Haley fails to land the takedown. Haley slips a jab and a cross from Culguy.
Haley rushes Culguy and presses him up against the cage. Haley goes for a takedown in the clinch but Culguy prevents it.

Clair Haley dominated that round. That's time! Haley's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Haley forces Culguy back against the cage and clinches. Haley looking for a takedown. Haley on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Culguy tries to break free but Haley pushes him back against the cage. Haley drops down looking for an ankle pick but Culguy pulls his leg out and moves away.
Haley misses with a takedown attempt - Culguy sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Clair Haley. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Haley instigates a clinch. Haley is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Culguy can do to turn this around? Culguy is breathing heavily. Culguy has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
That's one minute gone in the round. Culguy is fighting off a takedown attempt but Haley is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Culguy to the mat. Culguy regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Culguy is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Haley stands and throws Culguy's legs to the side, diving into side control. Culguy tries to control but end up mounted... ooooh, that's bad. Haley is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Culguy has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Haley stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing. Haley wants to clinch up but Culguy keeps it at a distance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A combination from Culguy does no damage. Haley misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Haley fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Culguy blocks a head kick by Haley.
Haley tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Culguy paws at him with a jab and circles away. Culguy feints the counter takedown. Culguy gets the takedown into side control. Haley explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Clair Haley is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Excellent takedown into side control there by Haley. Culguy bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Culguy takes a kick to the side of the head. Culguy shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Haley throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Culguy gets to his feet - Haley follows without any prompting. Culguy displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Haley shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Culguy defends it nicely. Culguy swats away the attempt to clinch by Haley.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Haley scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Haley is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Culguy has managed to free his arm - good work. Haley content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Culguy wants to improve his position but Haley is controlling well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Clair Haley will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Haley gets the takedown into side control. Culguy wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Culguy is trying to improve his position. You can see the frustration on Culguy's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Haley has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Haley gets a takedown into half guard. Culguy takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Culguy looking for submissions off his back. Culguy is trying to maintain the position but Haley is very close to passing his half guard. Haley performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Clair Haley overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Haley takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Culguy is trying to stand up here but Haley is controlling him well. Haley is looking for a kimura here.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Haley is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

And that's the end of the fight! Clair Haley showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Haley, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
