The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spanky throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Puma looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Nice sprawl there from Spanky as Puma shoots in.
Spanky misses with a wild combination.
Puma on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Spanky. Spanky obviously looking to wear him down.
Spanky throws a leg kick which misses Puma's front leg but catches the back leg as Puma tries to avoid it.
Spanky looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Spanky moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Puma fails with the takedown
and Spanky connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Puma has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Puma shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Spanky but Spanky pushes him off and we're back to square one.
As Puma backs off Spanky throws a huge counter combo but Puma manages to avoid it all.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Johnny Puma. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Spanky lands with a thumping leg kick.
Spanky lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
