Everidge kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is No Problem - Chance the Rapper. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Kuusi counters with a shoot takedown. Everidge fights it but they end up in guard.

Kuusi has an Americana. Everidge didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Kuusi is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Kuusi hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

After winning the bout, Ilmari Kuusi thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
Dwight Everidge spoke after the fight, saying 'Played my cards well but I wasnt able to get the W tonight. Its okay, though. Hats off to my opponent he's amazing but I'll be back. Trust me.'.
