Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nam Ho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tomasz Rak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rak is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by We are free. Rak has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Rak misses with a takedown
enabling Ho to counter with a crisp jab.
Rak looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Ho works the jab nicely.
Ho definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Ho lands a big uppercut and Rak crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Rak looks OK. Ho waves Rak back to his feet!
Rak is rocked!
It looks like Tomasz Rak has been cut.
Ho connects with a picture perfect right hand that knocks Rak out cold! This one is over in a flash!
