Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Johnathon Adkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tomas Kadlec (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Johnathon Adkins! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tomas Kadlec! The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kadlec pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Adkins back to the cage. Kadlec follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Kadlec misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Adkins shoots in and bounces Kadlec off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Adkins prevents Kadlec from getting back to his feet. Adkins loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Adkins throwing strikes from guard but Kadlec blocks nicely. Adkins scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
That's one minute gone in the round. Adkins gets to his feet. Kadlec looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Kadlec punishes Adkins's body with a nice straight punch. Kadlec goes for a double leg but Adkins avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Adkins continues to drive forward. Kadlec tries for a takedown but Adkins sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Adkins is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Kadlec. Johnathon Adkins has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tomas Kadlec. Adkins clinches. Kadlec is working for takedown but Adkins is calmly controlling the position for now. Adkins pulls guard successfully.
Adkins really is a fat lump. Kadlec tries to free his leg and advance position but Adkins is retaining full guard. Kadlec trying to control but Adkins is working from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kadlec might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Adkins haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Adkins is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Adkins trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Adkins escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Kadlec gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Adkins is looking to stand up but Kadlec isn't so interested in that idea. Adkins throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Kadlec wants to control from the top but Adkins keeps moving.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Adkins has closed the distance and engaged Kadlec in a clinch.
Kadlec tries to pull guard but Adkins holds him up against the cage and eventually Kadlec drops back down to his feet.

Kadlec scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Adkins forces Kadlec back against the cage and clinches. Adkins is defending well against a takedown attempt.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kadlec tries to pull guard but Adkins forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Adkins changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Kadlec fights it off and pushes away nicely.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Kadlec tries to keep at a distance but Adkins has taken the fight into the clinch. Adkins is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Kadlec gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Johnathon Adkins will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Adkins keeping moving, preventing Kadlec from controlling successfully. Adkins wants to get back to his feet but Kadlec is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Kadlec slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Adkins wants to stand but Kadlec is controlling the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Adkins trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! Adkins being controlled here, momentarily. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Kadlec trying to control the position from guard on top but Adkins is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Kadlec throws a right and a left that Adkins avoids nicely. Adkins slips a jab and a cross from Kadlec.
Adkins throws a body punch but Kadlec moves out of range. Adkins shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Kadlec sprawls well. Kadlec wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Adkins gets slowly back to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Johnathon Adkins. That's going to take a lot out of him. Kadlec misses with a takedown attempt and Adkins holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Adkins avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Adkins throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Kadlec was covering up waiting for the punch and Adkins finishes the takedown easily into guard. Kadlec manages to escape and get back to his feet.

Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Kadlec walks away with a smile on his face. Adkins gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Kadlec looks to land a combination but Adkins avoids it well. Adkins stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Adkins wants it to stay on the feet. Adkins is looking to counter the offense by Kadlec and move into the clinch. Johnathon Adkins is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Adkins clinches. Kadlec wants a takedown.

Kadlec takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Adkins manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Kadlec preventing the sweep. Kadlec trying to control but Adkins is working from the bottom. Kadlec won't allow Adkins to sweep him here. Adkins kicks Kadlec off and gets to his feet. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Kadlec is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. No joy there for Kadlec, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kadlec closes this distance looking for a takedown but Adkins circles away. Tomas Kadlec seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The fight moves into the clinch position. Adkins wants a takedown.

Adkins gets the takedown into side control. Adkins creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. Adkins is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Kadlec will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Tomas Kadlec. I think Kadlec has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
