The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Fedor Mirinova and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arnett scores with a takedown into Andrews 's guard.
Arnett connects with a couple of short punches.
Arnett seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Arnett tries to free his leg and advance position but Andrews is retaining full guard.
Andrews wants to stand up but Arnett is controlling him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Andrews is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Andrews looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Andrews has Arnett pulled in close to control his posture.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Arnett stuffs the takedown.
Arnett bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Andrews wants to get back to his feet but Arnett is dominant here and he's now got Andrews 's back!
You can see the frustration on Andrews 's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
What can Andrews do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
Arnett seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Andrews for as long as he can get away with.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Arnett is cranking Andrews 's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Andrews ! He's tightened the choke and Andrews is tapping out!
