Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jaromir Jag (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Collins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Collins's choice of entrance music: I'm Shipping Up To Boston - Dropkick Murphys. Michael Collins will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Michael Collins! The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Steve Smith and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jag throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Collins is looking for the big counter here. Jag moves into the clinch. Jag crunches a lovely knee into Collins's ribcage. Jag breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Jag takes the fight into the clinch. Jag landing some nice looking knees to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Jag throws an elbow but it's blocked.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Jag tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Collins manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Collins drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Jag defends it well. Jag tries to close the distance and clinch but Collins swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Collins throws a counter combo. Collins is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Jag rushes Collins and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Collins wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Jag has him pressed against the cage. Jag leaning his opponent against the cage. Collins avoids a wild elbow strike from Jag. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Jag keeps control of Collins as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. That was a close second round but I would say that Jaromir Jag will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
