Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Artur Grunwaldzki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tony Ramos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Grunwaldzki kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Within Temptation - Forsaken. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Artur Grunwaldzki! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tony Ramos ! The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Steve Smith and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Grunwaldzki lands a jab to the head.
Ramos avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Ramos gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Ramos takes one on the button. Ramos shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Grunwaldzki defends it nicely. Grunwaldzki misses with a two punch combination.
A leg kick checked by Ramos . We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ramos throws the left hand but Grunwaldzki avoids the punch easily. Ramos throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Grunwaldzki counters with a left to the body. A bone on bone clash there as Ramos blocks the leg kick.
Ramos tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Ramos on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Jab, jab by Grunwaldzki - just one landing. Artur Grunwaldzki is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ramos lands with an uppercut that bounces Grunwaldzki off the cage and back into range. Ramos has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Ramos tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Grunwaldzki punishes Ramos 's body with a nice straight punch. Grunwaldzki blocks a jab. Ramos displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Grunwaldzki throws out the jab. And Ramos tries to counter it with a takedown but Grunwaldzki pushes his down on his head and steps out. Ramos stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Grunwaldzki. Grunwaldzki throws a looping overhand right but Ramos ducks down to avoid it. Ramos throws a looping overhand right but Grunwaldzki ducks down to avoid it. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Grunwaldzki, right into the meat.
Grunwaldzki swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Ramos takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Artur Grunwaldzki seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Grunwaldzki moves out of range as Ramos strikes. Grunwaldzki is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Ramos . Ramos is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ramos has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Ramos there as he acknowledges the shot. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Ramos blocks a low kick nicely. Grunwaldzki goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Grunwaldzki works Ramos 's body with a nice hook. Grunwaldzki rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Ramos counters with a single leg into guard. Grunwaldzki didn't expect that. Grunwaldzki wants to stand and escape but Ramos is having none of it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ramos postures up in Grunwaldzki's guard and throws a big left but Grunwaldzki blocks it. Grunwaldzki wants to stand up but Ramos is controlling him. Ramos with a nice head shot there. Ramos stands up over Grunwaldzki, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Ramos throws a big right hand that misses. Ramos wants to control from the top but Grunwaldzki keeps moving.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ramos throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Grunwaldzki works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Ramos throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Ramos showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Ramos cracks Grunwaldzki with a solid left hand. Ramos looking to sit in guard and control but Grunwaldzki gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Grunwaldzki controlling from the top position. Ramos is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Grunwaldzki is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Ramos has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Grunwaldzki is looking to defend but Ramos has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Grunwaldzki! Ramos pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Grunwaldzki taps out and this one is all over!
