The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baker misses with a hook. Liisteri ducked under it nicely.
Baker fails in his attempt to clinch.
Baker throws a hook to the side of Liisteri's head but Liisteri sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Baker throws a series of punches but Liisteri avoids them all with ease.
Baker jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Liisteri shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Liisteri looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Liisteri is looking for a kimura but Baker is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Liisteri to get the leverage.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Baker wants to get back to his feet.
Liisteri is tying to control. Baker wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Baker really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Liisteri. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Liisteri is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Liisteri has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Baker defend it? Liisteri steps over the head and cranks it - Baker is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Liisteri!
