Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Gilberto Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leon Weber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Weber is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Hamburg Anthem. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Weber swings for the body but Silva moves out of range.
Silva lands with a kick to the temple. Weber shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Weber throws a combination. Silva tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

Silva closes the distance and pushes Weber back into the cage.

Weber has Silva pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Weber pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Silva tumbling to the mat - Weber dives into Silva's guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Leon Weber decided to call for a title shot in his post fight interview, which was very strange given the fact this fight was for a title and he's already the champion. I guess that's what getting punched in the head does for you.
