The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Island swinging wildly here.
Oalognov clinches up with Island and pushes him back against the cage.
Island lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Island lands with a short head shot on the inside.
It looks like Krigniv Oalognov has been cut.
Oalognov looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Oalognov pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Island works over Oalognov's head and body with a nice combination.

Island lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Oalognov circles away quickly and effectively.

Island lands a hook that snaps the head of Oalognov backwards.
Oalognov keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Island's efforts to push away.
Oalognov tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Island avoids it.
Island looking to throw knees to the head but Oalognov is blocking nicely.
Island prevents Oalognov from breaking the clinch.
Island has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Oalognov fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Island, pushing him back against the cage.

No joy there for Oalognov, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Island lands with a right and another and another! Oalognov is in big trouble! Island lands again and this time it's lights out for Oalognov! A quality knockout there for Island.
