The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Reed Andrews and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Stark, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Stark ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Paul moves away.
Despite the aggression on Paul's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Paul looks to land a combination but Stark avoids it well.
Stark swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Stark throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Stark misses with a two punch combination.
Stark with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Stark slaps away a takedown attempt from Paul, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Paul showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Stark.
Paul feints the counter takedown.
Paul shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Stark but Stark pushes him off and we're back to square one.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Stark throws out a leg kick but Paul moves out of range and Stark only half commits.
Nice shot lands for Stark.
Paul tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Stark manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Paul tries to close the distance and clinch but Stark swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Stark lands a head shot.
Paul wants to clinch but Stark slips to the side
and Stark counters with a series of strikes. Paul will be more careful next time no doubt.

Stark throws a right hand that Paul ducks under and follows up with a left that Paul also avoids with ease.
Paul displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Stark throws out the jab.
Paul fails in his attempt to clinch.
Stark drops Paul with a beautiful combination! Paul stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Stark is looking for the KO!
Paul is rocked!
It looks like Bryce Paul has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Stark connects with a superb combination that knocks Paul out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Stark before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Paul!
