Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Takem Downem (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ray Rabago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rabago has chosen Dance Gavin Dance - Strawberry Swisher Pt1 as his entrance music. Ray Rabago will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
17 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Takem Downem! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ray Rabago! The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Ren Mimura and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No joy there for Rabago, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Rabago catches Downem with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Rabago throws a series of punches but Downem avoids them all with ease. Downem moves into the clinch successfully.
Downem breaks from the clinch.
Downem darts in and clinches Rabago up against the cage. Downem lands with a light punch inside. Rabago pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Downem shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Rabago napping and manages to drive through into side control! Rabago tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Downem avoids the attempt from Rabago to control. Rabago regains half guard. Still in half guard, Downem seems content to control. Rabago wants to control but Downem is keeping busy and won't allow it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rabago won't allow Downem to pass to mount. Rabago tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Rabago is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Downem's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Downem's back! Downem is trying to stand back up. Downem defending nicely against the rear naked choke attempt.
Downem defends a prolonged rear naked choke attempt and turns nicely into his opponent's guard. Downem looking to pass the guard. Downem trying to control the position from guard on top but Rabago is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rabago looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Downem stands and steps away. Rabago gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Excellent takedown into side control there by Rabago. Downem explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Rabago misses with a series of wild punches.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Rabago struggling a bit here. Downem lands some shots froms side control. Downem decides to stand back up. Downem steps back and let's Rabago get back to his feet. A momentary lapse in concentration from Rabago enables Downem to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Rabago manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Rabago striking off his back but it's not causing Downem any problems. Downem is stalling in the full guard. Rabago is looking for a triangle here but Downem uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Rabago tries to get back to half guard but can't.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rabago tries to control but Downem manages to take his back. Downem controls the action. Rabago is keeping busy.
Downem doesn't have the hooks in and Rabago manages to turn into his guard.
Rabago is looking to stand up but Downem won't let him. Downem pulls Rabago in close to prevent any damage. Rabago stopping the sweep attempt from Downem. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Takem Downem dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Rabago drops Downem with a beautiful combination! Downem stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Rabago is looking for the KO!
Downem is still looking wobbly from the end of the last round!
It looks like Takem Downem has been cut. I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Rabago has cracked Downem with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Rabago lands another huge swinging hook and Downem tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Downem, before Rabago can land any more shots!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:09 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Ray Rabago! A victorious Ray Rabago thanked his army of followers in his post fight interview, telling people to make sure they follow him on Twitter.
