Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ahmaid Ahdoodi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lorrence Fizaro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ahmaid Ahdoodi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Lorrence Fizaro!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fizaro moves into the clinch.
Ahdoodi takes a shot to the head.
Fizaro misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Fizaro lands a nice uppercut.
Fizaro throws a punch but it's blocked by Ahdoodi.
Fizaro doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Fizaro misses with a hook to the ribs.
Fizaro can't find room to land a body shot as Ahdoodi controls the action.
Fizaro goes for a takedown attempt but Ahdoodi pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Ahdoodi lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Ahdoodi swings for the body but Fizaro moves out of range.

Ahdoodi seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

and Fizaro decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Ahdoodi's guard.
Ahdoodi will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Ahdoodi jumps guard but Fizaro stands there with Ahdoodi around his waist. Ahdoodi gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Ahdoodi has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Ahmaid Ahdoodi decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
