The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carroll lands a jab to Anderson's midsection.
Anderson pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Carroll back to the cage. Anderson follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Anderson throws a body shot but no joy.

Carroll feints a jab promting Anderson to slip. Carroll then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Anderson slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Carroll is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Anderson is trying hard to land a takedown here. Carroll sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

and Anderson counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Carroll feints with a jab and clips Anderson right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! Anderson is sent crashing into the canvas and Carroll leaps in for the kill! Anderson tries to get to his feet but Carroll is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Anderson is in need of a savior and steps in!

Andy Carroll decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
