Brown tries to clinch up but Gutz circles away and keeps his distance.

Gutz tries to score with a low kick but Brown moves his leg out of the way.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Brown cracks Gutz with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Brown tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Gutz misses with a wild body shot.
It seemed like Brown was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Gutz walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Brown connects with a looping right hand.
Brown bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Brown is working Gutz over with some ground and pound from side control.
Gutz tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.
Brown keeps control of the position as Gutz tries to break free.

You can see the frustration on Gutz's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Even with his hooks in, Brown manages to miss with strikes from the back.
Brown is not going to allow Gutz to sit and survive in this position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Brown really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Gutz.

Brown is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Gutz has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.
