Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Andy Wilkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and William Lord (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are William Peck, Dillan Fox and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lord darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Wilkins is defended easily by Lord.
Wilkins takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
A looping hook to the body misses from Lord. Wilkins does a little dance to reset his feet.
Lord throws the left hand but Wilkins avoids the punch easily.
Wilkins tries to counter with a takedown but Lord is quick to defend against it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lord works Wilkins's body with a nice hook.
William Lord seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lord lands with a nice body punch.
Lord scores with a crisp jab that stopped Wilkins in his tracks.
Lord throws out a leg kick but Wilkins moves out of range and Lord only half commits.

Lord throws a shot from downtown. Wilkins moves away and avoids it.
Wilkins uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Lord.

Wilkins closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Lord's guard.
Lord is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Wilkins has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Lord throws a low kick, looking for Wilkins's leg but Wilkins calmly moves out of range.

A slapping leg kick lands for Lord.
Wilkins misses with a straight left.
Lord swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Wilkins tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Lord scores with a sloppy right hand. Wilkins should have avoided that one.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Wilkins tries to move into range but Lord moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Lord misses the shot to the body.
Wilkins throws a hook but Lord avoids it easily.
Lord is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Wilkins had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Lord lands a jab to the head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
William Lord dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Wilkins throws a body shot but no joy.
Lord fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Wilkins has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Wilkins takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
A lazy left from Lord finds it's target.
William Lord seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Lord steps in with a hook that catches Wilkins right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Lord follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Wilkins looks absolutely devastated.
