Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Rafael Rojas!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Park Jeung!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Shigeki Sano and Yuuki Gou.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jeung throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Rojas was covering up waiting for the punch and Jeung finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Rojas wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Jeung is now in half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jeung controlling the action here.
Jeung is thwarting Rojas's attempts to control the position.
Jeung prevents Rojas from improving his position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Jeung wants to work for an arm triangle but Rojas is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jeung frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Jeung controlling the position easily from mount.
Rojas is looking to improve his position but Jeung isn't that keen on the idea.
Jeung landing strikes from the mount.
Jeung raining down hammerfists from mount.

Jeung looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Jeung looking to control but Rojas is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Jeung lands with some strikes.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Jeung in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Jeung lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Jeung lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

Jeung jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Rojas manages to avoid the submission attempt.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Rojas tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Rojas takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Jeung taking a breather here.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Let's hope that Jeung has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Rojas wants to improve his position, back to half guard but Jeung has ideas of his own. He's got hold of Rojas's far side arm and it looks like he's got an Americana. Ohh! Ohhhh! OOOOOOOOOH! A human being's arm is not meant to bend like that! Rojas is tapping like a morse code operator on the Titanic! SOS SOS! He's out of here! Great win for Jeung!
