Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andres Mcfadden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tony Opjetronie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Andres Mcfadden!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tony Opjetronie!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Saam Ante and Aafke Stam.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Opjetronie tries to keep at a distance but Mcfadden has taken the fight into the clinch.

Mcfadden decides to pull guard.
Mcfadden wants to sweep here but Opjetronie controlling him for the moment.
Opjetronie is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Mcfadden throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
Opjetronie wants to control from the top but Mcfadden keeps moving.
Mcfadden tries to land a sweep but no joy.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Opjetronie wants to pass the guard but Mcfadden is keeping the position.
Mcfadden can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Opjetronie controls the pace.

Mcfadden tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Opjetronie swivels and escapes.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Opjetronie is defended easily by Mcfadden.
Opjetronie dives in for a single leg takedown but Mcfadden sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Opjetronie tries to score a power double leg takedown but Mcfadden sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Opjetronie somewhat.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Mcfadden fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Opjetronie sprawls well initially but Mcfadden persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Opjetronie tries to kick Mcfadden off in order to stand up. Mcfadden Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.

Mcfadden thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Mcfadden moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Opjetronie tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Mcfadden manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.

Opjetronie drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Mcfadden gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Opjetronie is pressed up against the cage. Mcfadden has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Opjetronie down to the mat. Opjetronie avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
