Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lyoto Parks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sigurd Lodbrok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lodbrok has chosen Killing in the name of... as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick by Lodbrok misses
and Parks counters with a nice body shot.
Parks avoids a punch combination nicely.

Parks gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Parks throws a punch but it's blocked by Lodbrok.
Parks tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
A nice left hand lands by Lodbrok.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Lodbrok.
Lodbrok lands a nice uppercut.
Lodbrok blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Lodbrok lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Parks backwards.
Parks misses with a hook from the clinch.
Parks throws a head punch that misses.
Parks swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Lodbrok blocking some punches.
Lodbrok lands a knee to the body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Lodbrok makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

Lodbrok's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Lodbrok scores with a jab. Parks acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Lodbrok lands a lovely overhand right.

It looks like Lyoto Parks has been cut.
Parks misses with a looping right.
Lodbrok unleashes a big counter combination but Parks bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Lodbrok throws a sloppy head kick
enabling Parks to counter with a crisp jab.
Lodbrok lands with a nice combination. Parks backs away looking to recover.
Parks is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Lodbrok.
Lodbrok tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
A solid body kick from Lodbrok.
Lodbrok works over Parks's head and body with a nice combination.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Parks blocks a leg kick.
Parks was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.

Lodbrok lands a big head kick that sends Parks tumbling to the mat! Lodbrok takes a step backwards and waves Parks back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Parks is rocked!
Lodbrok connects with a nice cross there... Parks is looking wobbly and Lodbrok recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Parks to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Lodbrok jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!

A very excited looking Sigurd Lodbrok rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
